  Superb location, great hotel and the service is particularly good, attentive without being obtrusive. The rooms are ok, the one i stayed in was fine, dinner is in the restaurant is fantastic and good and lots of choice and we always come away v.

  The location is fine for malvern, great value for money and would recommend any day, my room had become uncomfortably warm. Breakfast one of the best i have had, the wine list is varied and will not break the bank.

  Great location, right next to the abbey itself, big car park and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious a light, excellent hot breakfast evening meals,free bottle of wine on 1st night.

  Big room, very clean, lovely views over hills and nice hotel. Restaraunt staff were friendly, attentive and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was equally as good.

  Convenient location for theatre and town centre, excellent stay, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast was of a very good standard.

  The bar had some beautiful views from the window and the hotel was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. The food was lovely.

  Nice stay @the abbey hotel and the staff were very attentive. Our room was large and food was good overall and the New Years black tie event was excellent.

  Overall a very nice hotel and we would recomend to anyone, staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good too.

  The abbey looks a great hotel from the outside, again very friendly service from the barman and good selection of TV channels, facilities good, bathroom ok. Lovely fluffy robes, the staff there were very helpful and the food was excellent.

  Great stay in a beautiful hotel, the service was good again and room was a nice size very clean as was the bathroom. All the meals were excellent.

  All in all a very pleasant stay in room 110, staff were polite and cheerful, the bathroom had a good poweful shower and was very clean. Perhaps the most disappointing meal of the day was breakfast.

  Spotless bathrooms, lots of amazing restaurants and cafés.

  A noisy hotel, theatre and cinema nearby and the lovely old Priory next door, also the service at the wedding reception was also poor.
