  The beach is lovely and good selection of shops bars down there. Firstly this hotel is great, the staff seemed to be friendly, polite and helpful, rooms are clean and more than adequate. The food is delicious and the chefs go all out to make the dishes very tasty.

  The location was great, the hotel did not make anyone else aware about this and for the money paid we were more than pleased. Staff were very good, on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and room was clean we arrived and could not complain about anything. The poolside bar was waiter service and was always fast service, food was lovely, huge range of food.

  Lovely area, beaches, bars great and good hotel. Worth the money, staff very friendly and just returned from a week at the Flora apartments. The sheets/towels were clean and drinks were decent and service was no problem.

  Room and pool areas were kept very clean, the hotel was in a great location, for the money we was brilliant and we certainly got our money back. The staff were very helpful and the bathrooms were very nice.

  The views on the way down were lovely, the staff were good and friendly, the apartment itself was clean and spacious. The food was great for us and dinner was fine too. Our pool was quiet compared to the other pool.

  This place is just about adequate, the staff here are more than helpful and the rooms get cleaned every other day and are spotless. The food here is fantastic.

  All in all very good value, would go back, the Animacion staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. The drinks are fine and being all inclusive we loved, the pool is cleaned daily.

  The pool is not heated and is cold in the winter months, got good atmosphere, the reception staff are great, check in was quick and painless, the rooms are fine. Lovely salads and just about everything you can think of.

  Reception friendly helpful and ronnie and sharron great hosts. The bathroom was clean.

  The pool area got very busy throughout the day and the bar staff were a bit grumpy especially the men. The bath was quite stained as were the sheets.

  All different soft drinks available for the children behind the bar and clean sheets and towels most days. Rooms decent sized and excellent food. Fresh fruit and lovely pools.
