The hotel location is great, not too far away to get to all the action that Phuket has to offer, yet it feels like a tranquil getaway. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The sports facilities are state of the art as highlighted in the reviews. There are multiple class schedules for stretching, boot camps, and yoga. The food is great in the Booster cafe and restaurants with organic ingredients.

There are limited options for eating, in a restaurant that is actually like a school cafeteria, as pointed out by one reviewer.

The location was a bit isolated, but perfect for solo travelers wanting to relax. One great advantage was the medical center which offered blood tests and treatments, though they could be pricey. The staff was always friendly and made me feel at home.

The food was a bit lacking in spices or herbs in my opinion. It had a too-European flavor and I was hoping to try out more local Thai dishes.

The hotel caters to triathletes and Olympic swim teams, so it's filled with super fit people who are focused on training. The healthy and clean food, professional staff, and peaceful atmosphere made it a great value for the experience.
