the rooms were pretty and beds were large. hotel’s position within walking distance to all places we wanted to see, like kamari. next to the beach.

The location is stunning, the service is great, the staff is excellent. A pleasant restaurant was a definite bonus. The black beach santorini close to the hotel was a big bonus.

Free wifi in lounge. Add to rest of property... Room spacious. Hot water. Daily fresh towels.
Hotel is at start of Santorini airport runway. Arriving jets fly within arm reach overhead every 1/2 hour. Hotel not connected to Kamari boardwalk, had to endure hot rock walk for 150 yards. Hotel presentation and food sub par for Greece.

I appreciated how it was set away from the 'strip'. Apart from the jets coming into land at the near by airport, a relatively peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was beautifully laid out with the close proimity to the beach, lovely pool and gardens well kept.
The beach towels were old and thred bare and could have been refreshed more frequently. I bartender was inappropriately affectionate so it made it awkward going in the general direction of the bar nbever mind ordering anything.

The junior suite was the size of a british 1 bedroom flat
The hotel is directly under the flight path of the nearby airportwhich may be affected by maybe a dozen flights a day

Breakfast & lunch (although lunch was fairly pricey)were both good. Staff in restaurant were lovely. Overall appearance of hotel was very pretty.
Not enough sunbeds around main pool & people would put their towels out the night before. Very noisy with planes so low - quite scarey at times. No courtesy room or option to extend room as our flight wasn't until the evening.

The staff was wonderful, the price was good and it had a nice location, 5 min walk to town for eating and a 5 min drive or long walk (15 min) to the beach.
The internet access was free but they indicated that they would be charging for it in the future. I would suggest providing WI-FI access (with a password) and raising the room rates by a dollar or two to cover this. Advertise Free Wi-fi. People hate add on costs.

The pool is very nice, and the location not far from all the restaurants. I like the staff especially!
I did not like the rooms and bathrooms, too small and rooms not have enough facilities!
