We had a fantastic time during our weekend getaway! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The animation team was absolutely amazing, always keeping us entertained with their fun activities and performances. They spoke multiple languages, which was impressive and made communication easy. The hotel's pools were clean and well-maintained, and we had a great time relaxing and swimming. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from, including local specialties and European dishes. We also loved the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views.
While we had a wonderful time overall, there were a few minor downsides. The rooms were not as luxurious as we expected, and they were a bit cold and humid, making our clothes feel damp.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, and some of the meals were not served in sufficient quantities. The drinks were also served in small paper cups, which was a bit disappointing.
