the room is elegant, modernly furnished comes with a kettle and distant view of the dolomites and the terrace. the cost is us$ 100. the staff are very professional and helpful, offer excellent services.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend! The rooms are large and clean with good TV and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great with a beautiful lake for morning walks and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast is delicious with a good mix of hot and sweet options.

The bathroom needed some repairs and the water temperature in the shower was not always constant. some of the amenities that were listed as included were not in the room.

I always stay at this place because the staff helped with luggage at my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge area. Coming back for Easter!

We had a fantastic stay at Thai Si Royal Thai Spa. The entrance hall was great, and we loved the pleasant smell of joss stick inside. The treatments, particularly the Thai massage, were professional and top-notch. Our room and bathroom were both comfortable and clean. The breakfast, although an usual Italian breakfast, was okay. The massage area provided a nice and relaxing ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with complete information and offering great advice on places to visit, like Treviso. The location near the beautiful lake was also a plus. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The location is perfect, as it is very easy to reach with just a short 30-minute drive from Marco Polo airport. The hotel offers a wide range of services and amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant served delicious and high-quality food, with a special mention to the Thai cuisine which we were curious to try. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We had a great experience at this hidden gem of a hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially since we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a superior room with a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful lake. The staff treated us with kindness and were always willing to provide helpful information. Biking around the lake was a delightful experience, and the Thai restaurant on-site served fantastic food that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast offerings is to ensure that the eggs are served hot, as ours were cold.

New Year's Eve at the hotel was great! Enjoyed the fireworks show over the lake and the staff was friendly! Loved the spa treatment and the facial was just sooo relaxing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the hotel room window. Convenient location, easy to drive to nearby cities and attractions. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of options to choose from.

Some areas of the hotel were outdated and could use some renovation. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong in some parts of the hotel.
