  Tesoro ixtapa just we needed and excellent hospitality service. Rooms clean and comfortable, good food. The pool is great.

  The beach service, maid service, and hotel service was fantastic, staff were awesome, our rooms were beautiful and kept very clean. Drinks were very good too.

  I rate the hotel between a very good 3 1/2 to a 4 and great Staff. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily, the service in the restaurants was superb.

  The quality of the food was excellent and entertainment staff were always friendly and hospitable. Maids were great left towel critters in the room and breakfast and lunch were always good.

  All things considered the hotel was good fro we paid, the service and the language were also acceptable, all the rooms were cleaned properly. The breakfast was the best.

  The entertainment staff great and activities at the pool was good aswell included water polo.

  Our stay at the tesoro was not we expected and the food in the 24 hour all inclusive club was pretty Bad. The facility was old and dated.

  The front desk staff more than accomodating, beds are great.

  Very few of the rooms are 'ocean view' and the beach is not private, buildings are old.

  The staff every we went was absolutely lovely and the maid service was prompt everyday and the room was always clean. The food in the restaurants was excellent and a very good selection.

  One pool bar that closed to early and the lobby bar had no atmosphere, the peddlers on the beach were also very aggressive.

  Beach service very efficient and beautiful area. The hotel looks nice, we just returned home on Feb and for the money we spent was great. The staff were absolutely wonderful, jose Manuel Coria one of the managers was extremely helpful and attentive, our room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable. Lunch was also very good and the gym was unbeArably hot in the morning.

  The beach great here, beautiful sand and very clean, excellent location in the middle of the bay. Good place for whale watching, for the price we paid for this property, I would go back and the staff at the front desk are courteous and polite. The omelet bar is the best and the pool is wonderful.

  Tesoro's beach was huge and very clean, location was great, the place was good for the 3 days away. The service was exceptional, rooms were being renovated and this seemed odd to us as the food in the buffets was awesome. Pool was beautiful.

  The beach rocks, great for body surfing and the view from the dining room towards the pool and the ocean is incredible too. This hotel will become a fast favorite, service/staff is amazing and the bathrooms are large, bright and very clean.

  The palapas on the beach and lounge chairs were great, the buffet restaurant had a nice view overlooking the pool and the ocean. The hotel was really clean and staff were pleasant. Water pressure was good, bar service was excellent and the food was waaay better than we expected.
