  Hotel staff were very polite, room was upgraded to a lovely, spacious.

  Unfortunately the terrace was closed because of storms do didnt get to see views, breakfast was standard and overpriced.

  The hotel was located near 2 metro stops, staff could not be more helpful and spoke excellent English, our room overlooked the courtyard and was lovely and quiet.

  Location was central, the hotel room I was lucky to be allocated was 704 and the staff were excellent in helping us resolve medical. The junior suite was amazing.
