Terminal Hotel Rome - ローマ

The location is superb, a well located hotel easy access for all the tourist areas and the rooms are clean.

The location is perfect, close to any and all transportation.

The location is superb, then Hotel Termini is absolutely fine and the coffee machine kicked out some pretty good latte's.

Otherwise, it was a close walking distance to all the sights (except the Vatican), and it was very close to the train station and subway, which we found helpful when we took day trips out of town.

Situated near the train station and all very nice surroundings.

The infrastructure could have been OK, but dirty bathroom, one bed instead of twin beds that we paid for, non-functioning elevator (room in 5th floor) and a poorly arranged breakfast really don't fit my idea of an OK hotel.

The bed linen and towels were clean, the toilet / shower were not as clean as they could have been.

We had chocolates on our bed and the bathroom was all marble looking and really clean too.

The staff were generally helpful and friendly, one bed instead of twin beds that we paid for.

3 star but it was immaculate, great sized double bed, everything was sparkling clean, lovely windows and glass doors, laminate floors and tv.

Even an nights the area is fine, its just a busy area when all the shops and little restaurants are closed.

English and expect cooked breakfasts which we knew we were'nt getting!

The staff were very friendly (apart from the surly breakfast man - I don't think he was really a morning person) and also helpful.

The continental breakfast was dry and unappealing, we had to eat in our room as work was taking place in the breakfast room.

Additionally rome was fabulous, building was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did have a little problem with the hot water, i think each time we wanted to shower we had to call the receptionist to do something to the water which was a bit of a pain but it didnt ruin anything.

When we arrived and checked in the guy at reception asked if we liked heights.
