Overall I’d say this is an overpriced hotel that puts all of its energy into catering to its club members, residents and event guests.
Personnel at the Terminal City Club for your superb hospitality and the hotel is situated in an excellent location.
The location is perfect for sight-seeing, comfortable hotel close to a nice area.
This is not the best known hotel in Vancouver, but the facilities, staff and location are exceptional.
The hotel is about a $30 US cab fare from the airport.
You have to park underground and then go up and check in which was a bit backwards.

The bar I believe is part of the club was elegant, the restaurants are very good and access to swiming pool/workout facilites very convenient.
We ate an excellent chinese restaurant that was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Fitness facilities are absolutely wonderful and the restaurants are very good.
It was walking distance from everything and we had an ethnic dinner at Hons (very traditional cafeteria style Asian cuisine in a fun atmosphere) and went to Gastown to a funky new-age pizza and american cuisine on the water called Incendio.
I write to thank you and, if I may, through you, to thank all the staff and personnel at the Terminal City Club for your superb hospitality and service during my stay in Vancouver last week.
I also find the staff there to be quintisentially Canadian: gracious, willing to help with any problems, and service oriented.
The health centre was even better than I hoped, the hotel staff was very freidnly and helpful, service was friendly.
Furthermore service was great and the concierge was friendly.
The hotel offers ammenities such as a first class gym, large indoor pool, patio cafe, Pub, clean modern rooms and a friendly staff.
Sauna/steam rooms are exceptional, the kids loved the pool at the end of a day visiting beautiful BC.
Excellent fitness centre, the calm atmosphere and very nice lobby.
The hotel rooms are always beautiful, immaculately clean, w/ luxurious linens & furnishings.
Location are exceptional, hotel is very quiet and rooms are clean and spacious.

Staff were friendly and the room was very clean.
