We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is amazing, nestled in a beautiful botanical garden and just a short distance from the beach. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and a bell staff/porter. We were also impressed with the medical facilities service and laundry options available. The airport shuttle provided added convenience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel also offers pet amenities for those traveling with their furry friends. Additionally, the tours and ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area and make the most of our stay.
We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the spa facilities were truly impressive. We particularly enjoyed the aquatonic experience and the variety of treatments offered. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The hotel wifi was not very reliable and we had some trouble connecting in our room. the breakfast buffet was quite crowded and noisy, making it difficult to fully enjoy our meal.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The extensive gardens, fountains, and waterfalls created such a beautiful and serene atmosphere. I was celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday and we had a wonderful time. Despite not speaking much Spanish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and of a high standard. The breakfast and restaurant food were truly first-class. The spa facilities were professional and the pools were excellent, providing a very relaxing experience. The town itself was unspoilt by tourism, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the area.

The hotel's location is great, surrounded by lush gardens and in a central area. It's also close to the beach, making it easy to go for a swim. The room is spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including nice products. The staff is generally helpful.
