Excellent service, variety of attractions, mini-golf, gym, beautiful scenery.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, clean air and very helpful people. The thermal pool is great for relaxation and there are plenty of attractions to choose from such as mini-golf, a gym, and well-kept gardens to enjoy. The spa staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the indoor and outdoor pools are excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The staff's lack of language skills and some rude behavior can be very disappointing.

The hotel is aimed at families so it can be noisy, especially during the weekends. , the staff did not seem friendly and the service left a lot to be desired.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and our waiter Freddy. Also, the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Limited communication and some basic amenities missing. The staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult.

Our stay at this hotel was so luxurious! The exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need, from the indoor swimming pool to the sauna, Jacuzzi, and body scrub. The beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere, while the Spa & wellness center with its beauty treatments and massages offered ultimate pampering. The restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. We particularly enjoyed the private facilities and location advantages, which made us feel VIP.

While we loved every aspect of this hotel, the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment or leisure/TV room. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience in the slightest.
