You guys made my stay wonderful. It was a well-maintained and luxury hotel in a great area, close to the river and staff who were very helpful in organising trips and transfers. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was the best part.

Enjoyable Christmas Experience

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the perfect mood for the holiday. The location was perfect, with easy access to the river and the beautiful ceremonies that take place there. The view from my room was fantastic, and it allowed me to see a lot of the cultural richness of the area. the staff was friendly and polite, they made sure my stay was enjoyable.

Although my stay at this hotel was fantastic, it could have been better. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved.

I had the most delightful experience at Palace On Ganges. The location was perfect, right on the Ganges, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful riverside. The heritage property was a charming retreat with clean rooms that provided a comfortable stay. The rooftop restaurant offered delicious meals and breathtaking views. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I especially loved the rooms with a private terrace, offering a beautiful view of the Ghat. The breakfast offered was also delicious, ensuring a great start to the day.

In addition, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, as they assisted me in organizing trips and transfers. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a balcony, offering a nice view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and definitely a great way to start the day.

Beautiful terrace with panoramic views. Enjoyed delicious Gobi mutter masala lunch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going out to buy beer for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's location makes it easy to navigate the touristy area by taxi. It's just a short ride to the main ghat area further north along the river, and there's even a shop nearby. the rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view of the river and a great spot to enjoy Indian chants.

The hotel falls short in terms of service. There have been complaints of slow hot water service and unreliable drivers from the hotel's travel agency.
