The staff was top-class and amicable from the moment I arrived. Twin room had upgrades, it was immaculate and large.- The location in a very quiet area was good and magnificent.

The view from the second room (see the other point) had a great view of the pool and the Teide! And again beautiful sun in the evening.

breakfast was unfortunately inedible. on the first day we were in a hurry and quickly took a roll with cheese on the hand. that was ok. on the second day we sat down and wanted to enjoy it, then we noticed that the orange juice was actually sugar with taste, buns were totally dry, not even the croissant was edible, boiled eggs were just disgusting. then we simply skipped breakfast. our room was right above a bar and it was super loud, sleeping was really hard. we complained and were allowed to stay in another room for an extra charge. we did because we wanted to sleep and were a bit desperate. The hot plates were also very bad. The dishes were also minimal. And there was a rag, but no detergent ... And it was just completely full of pensioners, we as younger friends really didn't fit in there. . I wouldn't go again.

I really liked the comfort of the beds, everything was clean which is very important to me. I stayed in the renovated rooms which for 12 euros plus the night is worth it, especially because of the location of the room, I could see the sea and everything with a view of the street and there was no noise. The truth is that I was pleasantly surprised. In tenerife in general it is very necessary to rent a car, however the location of the hotel is very good there are shops, bars and restaurants around

I didn't like the way I was attended to before going to the hotel, I phoned because I had several doubts and I simply wanted information and a man called Isidro took the phone who was very unpleasant, with a smug attitude. I simply asked him what difference there was between the different rooms because I was doubtful about which one to choose and his answers were quite impertinent. It was a very violent situation that had never happened to me in any accommodation, I did not change hotels because I did not have early cancellation or I would have changed it. Otherwise everything is great, on arrival at reception I was attended by another gentleman very very kind, I was very grateful because just thinking that on my arrival would be this isidro took away my desire to arrive. I hope you will reconsider your attitude if you are working in front of the public.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years and have always found it to be friendly and comfortable.

We really like the hotel but feel that the apartments need to be updated in terms of the kitchen facilities which are showing their age although they were clean.

The staff was very friendly and top-class and we will come back. The breakfast was great with a great combination of hot and various vegetables, as example, worth the price. When we checked in, twin room with beautiful view was ready. The place had a comfortable atmosphere.
