I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The food options were excellent, with a great variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The whole resort is absolutely beautiful, making it a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible facilities, which included multiple pools, fun activities for the kids, and comfortable rooms that were impeccably clean and well decorated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu options available at the hotel's restaurant, which catered to both adults and children alike, and the exceptional breakfast spread. However, what really made our stay so memorable was the extremely friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to ensure that we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

It was impossible to rest during the day because of the loud doors and hallway chatter. We also had to keep asking staff to stop making noise outside our room at night.

The hotel's dining experience was exceptional. Their variety of food ingredients and options were impressive, and the quality of the meals was outstanding. the aquatic complex was a lot of fun for both the kids and parents. It had excellent amenities that were enjoyable for all ages. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect as it was situated near key tourist attractions, providing easy access to many activities.

The check-in process was chaotic. I had to wait in line twice for over an hour to check in and receive my family's bracelets.
