No reason to complain, the hotel met required needs. Had absolutely amazing stay for our holidays, the staff were useful, location was fab in River rockbecause Tasia Maris. The room was great-sized with the bar, loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ayia Napa. The location was perfect, with easy access to clubs, restaurants, and a 24-hour kiosk right across the street. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with a great swimming pool and various leisure facilities like darts and table tennis. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel like old friends. The personalized attention from Bozidar, Georgi, Zozo, and Stavros was impressive. We were treated to delicious cocktails, interesting conversations about Bulgarian culture, and a wonderful breakfast experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel made our holiday remarkable. I highly recommend it.

It's great place to stay 1 km away from Monastery of Ayia Napa. The staff is lovely and kind and the food is fresh. The hotel is set in a marvellous and fab location short walk to numerous restaurants, and the Tasia Maris Oasis. The rooftop bar is superb, appreciated this place. It offers great service.

Got two complimentary drinks on arrival and room cleaning was great. The hotel is situated in a prime location near the beaches and good spots to eat. The balcony view had a picturesque setting of the surroundings.

The pool was quite small, which wasn't a big deal since it wasn't peak season, but it could get cramped during the summer. The room was quite stuffy, and the air conditioning took a while to cool, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Plus, the hotel offers a great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with good air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer days. And let's not forget about the breakfast included in your stay - it's absolutely delicious, with a variety of high-quality ingredients.

Our Easter vacation was enjoyable in this hotel. The modern clean rooms are spacious, equipped with all the necessities and offer a nice view of the surroundings. The location is fantastic, close to the sea and offering different daily activities. The on-site supermarket is a convenient feature that saves precious time and allows to purchase whatever is needed.

The customer service needs improvement, they could benefit from better training. Some staff members were unhelpful and lacked empathy.

The woman at the bar was super kind and LOVELY, and the rooms were absolutely clean. The hotel is jaw-droppingly beautiful, with a central location and just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. The beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and a supermarket on the same street. The hotel is sparkling clean with sanitizers available, and the pool area has a fantastic vibe. The breakfast offered at the restaurant is mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options including a live station with fresh pancakes, waffles, and omelets that change daily so you never get bored. Our room was nice, and we were lucky enough to have a huge terrace with sunbeds. To top it all off, the staff surprised me with a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit plate for my birthday, which was so thoughtful. The whole staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel's decoration with white and blue colors was really nice.

This hotel is perfectly located up on a hill overlooking the town and is just a short walk away from the lively square, where there is always something going on. The rooms are spacious and clean, while the staff make guests feel very welcome. And, the breakfast spread is delicious with lots of variety.

One downside is that the pool area can get crowded at times, making it hard to find a spot to lounge around.
