The conference facility has all the latest technology, which is great because it's not like I can leave my precious gadgets behind. The food is fabulous, I felt like a world traveler with all the options. The staff was so enthusiastic, it was like they really cared or something.

The wonderful staff could have maybe cared a little less about my needs, I mean, who wants to feel important?

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Apia, loved it and venue’s very attentive staff with great welcoming service. The setting was magnificent, just off shops in the CBD as well as the flea market and downtown. Furthermore, close to the convention centre.

We appreciated the convenience of the deluxe king room available with the garden, good air conditioning, balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to local restaurants, shops, and villages, and the centre of Apia.

Really enjoyed how great relaxing the property was and its thoughtful staff who were the ones that provided exceptional customer service. The location was favourable and perfect, to the island of Savai' i with easy access to shopping malls and an old market. Local cuisine was served in the poolside restaurant.

Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Apia. Hotel was reasonably spacious and fantastic. The property had a central setting on the beautiful island of Samoa. Further, it was near during the Ceremony and the sea and dining options. I was offered a room with great views of the garden. Continental breakfast, the food was delicious. The service offered was amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our waiter at breakfast was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were amazing, with a beautiful swimming pool and a lovely garden area. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and the sun terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Well located close to main Apia business area, little choice in Apia, minor issues with hotel are ongoing issues in Samoa

I disliked all of Samoa. It was over priced. Beaches were hopeless. No coral to see. I could not recomend Samoa for a holiday!

Affable team with great welcoming service. The venue's position was central. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a shopping area and an old market next door.

The room was surprisingly spacious and occasionally clean on a good day. The value for money was impressive, with a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet to start the day. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the internet connection was surprisingly reliable. Although we didn't have the chance to try the pool, it seemed like a major highlight of the hotel. The affordable food options were a pleasant surprise. The staff members were hospitable, and the overall service was excellent. The family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We will definitely be back for another memorable stay.
