The rooms were spotless with spacious bed, the staff were patient. The location was magnificent and perfect, only 5 minutes walk to an arts theater.

the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious with hypo-allergenic pillows. the room had a safe, multi-channel tv, and a mini bar fridge plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. the hotel was located in the center of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Rodolfo, were amazing and made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They even took the time to suggest the best places to visit and eat in the city. The location of this place was perfect, as it was close to many city attractions and shopping areas. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also enjoyed the beautiful antique decor, which gave the hotel a unique and stylish charm. the service and comfort provided here exceeded my expectations.

We loved the location, the staff, the room, and the american breakfast (there was plenty of choices including eggs and pancakes). The street where it's located has been turned into a semi pedestrian street, which makes it very quiet. The staff was especially helpful at all times and willing to make our stay very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

We had a wonderful romantic escape! The first complementary fact was that we had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the room, which really set the mood for the rest of the trip. The second complementary fact was that we were given a late checkout time, which allowed us to take our time in the morning and enjoy the comfortable bed a little longer. The hotel had a perfect location, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. One of the best aspects was the beautiful decor and historic feel of the building, it really added to the ambiance.

Although overall we had a good experience, there were a few things that could have been improved. One of the worst aspects was that the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable at times.
