The location is very good if you want to stay in Palermo. Is between the main avenue of the neighboorhood, Av. Santa Fé, also the metro and bus stops, and the main square, Plaza Serrano o Plaza Cortazar. Didn´t have any problems walking in the streets even in the night. It´s also well served by grocery stores and cafes. The Hotel Staff was very helpfull and nice. Although people complained about the elevator noise in other reviews it seems like the problem was solved. The hotel was very quite. The Tango class with Beatriz Cisnero and her partner was very nice. Big and nice rooms and bathroom. Nice shower and facilities.
Although there´s room cleaning service everyday, we had to ask them to change our towells for clean ones after the third night, otherwise they wouldn´t remember to do so. We had also to call their atention to put more toilet paper and to clean the basket. The taxi they recomended to drive us to the Aeroparque airport was way more expensive then the one we got on the street. Two nights we wanted to buy water in the hotel and they hadn´t any. So we had to go out to get it in the grocery store.

Room was very nice with the balcony, and the cleaning was really nice..Good stuff and tango lessons were great, but i cant attend them.Next year i will be there again..Gracias....
