The location is great, the hotel is well renovated and clean, staff are very efficient and friendly.

Good location for the beach, great stay and the staff were always helpful.

While we were pulling up in the taxi, you could already tell it was going to be a disaster -- the window tinting was peeling off of the windows, the building looked very old and run-down, and the hotel was in need of a serious paint job.

We were utterly shocked to find our room, reserved many months in advance, featured a 1970s-style round bed and mirrored ceiling.

Evn though it is more like a bed and breakfest, it was stilll lovely.

They say they have extra towels available for the beach, but when I asked for an extra towel once, they argued with me as to whether I was truly going to use it at the beach, as opposed to bringing it back to my room.

The room was depressing: has a small TV with only 5 channels; the lighting was very dim; I wasn't able to open the window to get fresh air; the noise from busy Yarkon Street was obnoxious; the pillows were lumpy or without any filling whatsoever.

Coffee corner with water kettle in my room and also there was a little refrigerator.

The rooms are quite excellent and in the restaurant You get a beautiful and good breakfast in the morning.

Near the port restaurants, the beautiful sunset at the beach and the only service available was wi fi that the city of Tel Aviv provides for free.

Everything was clean, breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

And the staff wasn't friendly, they wouldn't let you choose the table at a breakfast, they want you to sit where they show you.

The hotel is very central situated and the lobby is fairly spacious.

Other than that, the parking garage was filthy and there is no access from the garage to the building's entrance (you have to walk outside and around to the front of the building shlepping all your suitcases, bags, etc).

Free Wifi Internet included, coffee cakes that were warm and tasty.

My room was clean and breakfast was fine at the Tal.
