It was an absolutely great hotel, nesteled in an elegant building. The room was well-designed & new-fashioned, with view on mount fuji. The location was magnificent to the near by bus station and the staff here was incredible. The food in the dining room was delicious and outstanding.

Nice building and rooms with view on mount fuji. Climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV were convenient. Excellent central location, so close to the bus terminal at Hakone as well as see all the major attractions. Also, in an enclave by a pebble garden.

This hotel was set in a central area close enough to easy to reach and all buses, trains, rope car and the scenic boat cruise and the beautiful gardens. The room was reasonably large and new-fashioned and offered with open air onsen bath with views of Mount Fuji and garden, as example. The staff was excellent the entire time.

The staff that checked us in was lovely. The location was central, magnificent by a pebble garden. In the evening we went to Il Miraggio, located not too far from the hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff were excellent and super friendly. The location was stunning - near to the bus stop and the beautiful gardens and the ferry terminal and the bus terminal at Hakone. Actually everything was perfect, our next choice again in Hakone.
