I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The value for money was outstanding and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the valley and hot air balloons floating in the sky. The staff, especially Murat the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety of options.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to hiking in Rose Valley, the hill facing pigeon valley n goreme town, and Red Valley. The room with the view of the valley.

My stay at Takaev in Uchisar was amazing! The location, right under the uchisar castle, was picturesque. The staff was great, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was yummy and healthy. The owner, Murat Sünber, made us feel at home and went out of his way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a fridge and free tea. The public spaces had expansive views and helped us meet other lovely guests. The hotel also offered free wifi and organized hikes and ballooning reservations. I cannot find enough praise for this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I do recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff at the guest house helped plan excursions to Pigeon Valley and Love Valley, taking us on an adventure like no other: hiking trails turned into magical pathways leading to hidden wonders.

The rooms at Takaev Cave House are absolutely stunning! The traditional Turkish fabrics and materials create a cozy and rustic atmosphere that makes you feel like you're truly connected to nature. I loved how the vaulted stone suite with a large window overlooks the Valley of Pigeon. Waking up to such a breathtaking view each morning was a dream come true. The living room with a sofa bed and bedroom with a large window in the vaulted room were perfect for relaxing and taking in the surrounding beauty. Having a seating area in certain units was a convenient bonus, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The antique materials used to decorate the vaulted stone suite with a large window added a touch of charm and made me feel like I was experiencing a piece of history. The private bathrooms with showers were well-stocked with complimentary toiletries and had hair dryers available, ensuring a comfortable stay. The twin room with a tile/marble floor, tea/coffee maker, and hot tub was a luxurious treat, providing the perfect space to relax and rejuvenate. The double room with a satellite TV, electric kettle, and seating area was a cozy retreat where I could unwind and enjoy some downtime.

Personally, I found the hot tub in the twin room to be unnecessary, but I understand that others might find it enjoyable.
