    Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff from anything from asking directions in the local area to recommending taylors.

    In particular, the service is excellent-- look for Vibhu at the front desk.

      Location is good, its located near a river side in lucknow and this hotel manages to keep a quiet. The rates are very cool, the interiors are the best i have seen and the staff is very well mannered. The rooms are spacious, restaurants are great and the waiters didn't rush to serve you. The pool side is amazing.

      Huge area, its located near a river side in lucknow and taj hotels is famous for hospitality. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet spread is absolutely amazing. Indian resturant is very good, the pool is well maintained too.

      Amazing location, nice place and lovely building. The lobby was huge and spacious, the service was excellent, manager was extremely helpful. The room was modern, jacuzzi free was great weekend for me and the breakfast spread was also good. Dinner was delicious and very near to best local market called Hazratganj.
