Taj President Hotel Mumbai - 孟买

The location was perfect for us while we wer visiting family on Cuffe Parade (the street on which the hotel is located), but may not be appropriate for many tourists.

The location was ideal, the hotel was very nice by Mumbai standards and the service was excellent -- friendly and helpful.

The deli/coffee shop is great and the location of the hotel is good for business.

My only negative is that I found that it was better to walk out of the hotel and pick up a taxi further down the road because the taxis taken from the front of the hotel always cost us more money for exactly the same trips.

Cheap plentiful taxi rides to all of and the gandhi museum was nice.

The room was more than adequate, fairly spacious, with all the facilities needed (Good TV, lots of channels, Internet, soft bed & shower with monstrous shower head, plenty of bottled water and so on).

The rest of the hotel rooms offer nice views of the Arabian Sea, the modern conveniences of wireless internet and numerous TV channels, and a mix of bath amenities such as loofahs, bubble baths, facewash, razors, and hair products.

The room was huge, the bed was super comfortable (they even had a pillow menu of the different pillows to choose from) and the atmosphere was nothing short of excellent.

Just one disadvantage about the room, I stayed at the Standard Room with twin bed, but the bed size is relatively too small (in terms of width).

Overall service has made the stay enjoyable, the bed was super comfortable.

The restaurants serve great food(Italian, Thai and Indian) and the breakfast is nice too.

The Thai Restaurant in the foyer should not be missed, and for a quick light take-out meal, the deli/coffee shop is great.

Rooms are well equipped, the two breakfast restaurants are good.

Their club/bar - Wink - has an amazing cocktail expert, the Thai restaurant is considered to be among the best in Mumbai and the pool is currently being renovated.

We only ate in the Trattoria restaurant for breakfast.

The staff makes sure you have a pleasant stay, the service is excellent and the rooms are smaller than i would be personally comfortable.

Stayed at the taj in feb 05 It is has very friendly and helpful staff, has average sized rooms,service was excellent,the three restaurents on site were served great food with the italian being very reasonable.

The service is impeccable, every single member of the staff is more helpful and friendly than any place else I have ever been, with the possible exception of Disney World (Florida).

The President has three very good restaurants, a newly rennovated bar, a pool, workout gym, spa, and beauty salon, all of which we used, and all of which were very well run.

The fitness centre is OK but you can just forget about the pool.

The pool isn't too thrilling, but the gym is quite good with a modern equipment and trainers always willing to help.

For Rs 200/300/600 you can have wireless Internet for 1/2/24 hours.

This hotel is really great, efficient customer service that I have ever encountered and accommodating and rooms are clean and modern.

The lobby is welcoming, staff are very attentive to details and rooms are perfectly clean.

Service were excellent and the rooms were very clean.

I have received special ladies amenities and even fresh flower arrangements in my room.
