Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in San Francisco. I really enjoyed that it was overall clean and upscale, the staff were extremely polite and rooms were compact. The Michelin-starred restaurant was nice, they served OUTSTANDING food.

I had an excellent stay in a long time. The hotel was overall clean and upscale, really enjoyed it. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and check-in was friendly. I was here for 7 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. It included an exceptionally comfortable bed and a detached bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay here at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that had both a large shower and a separate spa tub. The hotel's central location in Union Square was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. We especially appreciated the "muffin and coffee service in the morning" provided by the friendly staff. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The stay here was great, liked the hotel, it was immaculately clean with great and brilliant location just off the centre of San Francisco as well as the Moscone conference center, so many restaurants and neighborhoods. The room we had included a mini bar, television and coffee/tea makers.
