  Staff all very helpful and nice room layout. A large jetted jacuzzi and several excellent restaurants near by. Outdoor heated pool.

  Gold fixtures, old tiles, moldy bath area and the lobby worn.

  The staff were really nice to us, especially the valets, the hot tub outside was very hot and the pool was very refreshing.

  Location was nice, easy to get around, the hotel and rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi tub was pretty great, kitchenette was fine and the restaurant for breakfast, , was delicious. The heated pool was not heated enough to swim in.

  The location to the tram at heavenly was about 50 yards and bed was one of the best I have slept on in hotels. The conceirge service was great, the concierge was extremely helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated and the male bartender was absolutely wonderful.

  The bar was nice and made a mean bloody mary, food was a bit expensive in Tahoe.

  The location is great for skiing at heavenly, since is right accross the street and best Hotel for Ski in Ski Out. The pool and hot tub are very small and located just off the lobby, the furniture is clearly new and quite nice, the kitchenette is adequate, utensils would be helpful.

  A perfect location for keen skiers/boarders, the hotel reception is bright and japaneese style screens surrounding a huge jet tub. Beds are decently comfortable and fireplace is a nice touch and good for drying off clothes.

  This timeshare owner is fairly well satisfied, the pool is tiny.

  The location of the resort is great and the hotel is nice and close to the California Lodge tram at Heavenly. The lobby is wonderful, and the valet/bell/concierge staff are the best, tahoe seasons suites are fantastic.

  The dining area is in the bedroom, and the living room is big enough for just the pull out sofa, lots of neat places to explore around the lake. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are also great.

  This place is cool, the newly renovated rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is well worth oaying extra for.

  The kitchen area is useless unless you have your own utensils and elevators are few quite crowded.
