Location ideal to main pedestrian street, excellent hotel and for the rate we paid over Booked. The staff were very accomodating and the tv had a good range of tv channels.

Superb location and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Rate we paid was chf515 per night and service was good. The bathroom was proportionately small and nothing to be called luxurious, breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very helpful.

Great location and good classic hotel. The staff are pleasant enough, the concierge guys are very helpful and the new designed rooms are giving a very fresh and modern feeling. Top floor very hot and best avoided, the breakfast has a big selection of food and is really nice.

Our room was lovely and had excellent views over the lake, concierge service was not up to the standards of an exclusive hotel, staff, particularly at the reception desk, was helpful and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable bed i ever slept in and breakfast the following morning was also very good.
