The hotel is in an excellent location, on the edge of Old Town next to the lake.

Very convenient location too, in addition to the great quality of the rooms and the staff are attentive.

The hotel is in a very convenient location near the old town.

Recommended for: business travellers and those who want to be able to get around Geneva by foot.

The main bus station is only a 5 minute walk.

The rooms were of a good size, by European standards, wonderfully equipped with even a coffee maker, superb beds and a luxurious bath room.

Room and bathroom were superb, beds very comfortable, room spotless and rates were very negotiable as was just out of high season (1/3 of high season prices).

The room was spacious, clean, well maintained and appointed (excellent bed spreads and Lavazza coffee maker).

A luxurious bath room, fine restaurants and concierge desks very helpful.

总之,同其他酒店(Mandarin,Four Seasons and Eaux Vives)相比这里的位置超棒,而且这家酒店的餐厅也很好,很美味哦(不好意思我不记得餐厅的名字了).

3 elevators for 4 floors so never have to wait long, the art-deco bar is absolutely beautiful and walking to my business meetings or to restaurants is convenient.

I love the Mirror Bar (though this is a piano-bar on many nights of the week and that can be a little annoying), but the restaurant is, in my opinion, poor.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel.

Their attitude was terrible and they had no room service at all, the quality of the food was below average, and the breakfast just plain sucked.

Comfortable and safe hotels for our stay, staff were helpful, room service was good.

The view was wonderful, concierge service was not up to the standards of an exclusive hotel and for the rate we paid over Booked.

1) Perhaps not the hotels problem, but access and parking outside is terrible.

A small housekeeping mistake yes, but it added to an already nightmarish ‘Faulty Towers’ experience.

Our room was a standard double room at the back of the building and was clean and comfortable.

Very good service, rooms clean and great food.

I thought overall it was a good hotel, but the rooms are on the small side and the carpet could do with a clean/replacement.

Despite this, the room was clean, had a nice coffee/tea maker and fridge stocked with drinks (drinks consumed are charged for).
