Good location, easy to access everwhere by subway and really bad value for money - you can choose 4 star hotels in Beijing will be much better for the same price.

Hotel staff were friendly & helpful and i liked the customer Service was great.

The location just down the road from a good market, very convenient to travel to any places of interest in Beijing and the Front Desk staff are quite accommodating.

All staff very helpful, rooms clean and food expensive.

English-speaking staff very helpful, clean room and there is free wifi in one of the bars.

    Comfortable commutable location and that there was excellent taxi service right out the front door. The variety of channels made available thrills the avid channel surfers at night since Beijing sleeps early and the staff was very attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean.

    That the breakfast was quite expensive and the maid said would be fixed.

    Well located close city downtown, just 5 minutes taxi drive to Beijing's busiest night spot and view of the busy traffic circle in front of hotel. In addition the bell boy team at the entrance provides good services and internet should be for Free. Best to order topper for mattress as regular mattress hard and is realtvily cheap also inlcudes a visit to a Chinese tea ceremony. Facilities are in great conditions.

    They solved the problem by shifting us to the top floor and should be unacceptable at a Swissôtel.

    The convenient location and subway just downstairs. Furthermore great value business hotel, very reasonable price and happy Valley restaurant food good. English-speaking staff very helpful, clean room and there is free wifi in one of the bars. Also the breakfast rate is very high.

    Convenient location & good price, about 10 to 15 minutes taxi to Tiananmen Square and christian Vassal truly made our stay a memorable experience. In house tour company gave the best value tour Ive had in China, staff were mostly courteous and the room was very comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent.
