Exceptional and original venue, excellent location near the giant restaurant where breakfast buffet for instance can turn to a nightmare and chaos, and the food court, enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with clean sheets, Haram view and great views and that's great.

Booked an impeccably clean room with towels changed daily and Four Beds, for instance.

Overall had amazing stay of great customer service. Its location was the best, not far from umrah coming all the way from madinah as well as mosque.

My stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah was enjoyable. The location near Masjid Haram was convenient with a side entrance. The room was clean. Although there were issues with check-in and room arrangements, the manager resolved them after some discussion.

The family suite at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah was absolutely stunning! The living room was so luxurious, and the dining room easily accommodated our entire family. It made our stay feel like a home away from home.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit strong at times, but I know others might appreciate it.

i had a great experience at Swissotel. the beds were very nice and comfy, and the room was very cosy. The staff were really helpful and attentive, especially the ones changing beds. The hotel is in a great location, close to AlMasjid Al Haram, surrounded by malls, restaurants, and other facilities. The masjid in the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the rooms with Kaaba view offer a spacious and great view of Al Kaaba.

Of course, we would recommend it to all. The hotel is exceptional and in an absolutely perfect location to Railway station or airport. The rooms are large and elegant and they have climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. The price is just right - usd 419. The staff at the reception desk.

The staff were super friendly and upgraded our room as first-time visitors. The room service was jaw-dropping and the location was mind-blowing. You could hear the adhan perfectly and easily join the prayer. With a young child, it was a relief not having to walk or take a shuttle back to the hotel. Plus, being in the clock tower, the food and shopping options were right there without even leaving the building. The minimal waiting for the separate lifts to our room was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was EXQUISITE and the close proximity to the haram was a huge plus. The reception, especially Mr. Mohanad, was wonderful and super helpful. The room had a nice view of the haram and the facilities were comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again!
