The location is perfect every thing was near to us and would recommend this Hotel is also well situated for touring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Wittelsbacher Hof, which is in a side street within walking distance of the main train station.

Location is convenient to the downtown pedestrian zone as well as the main train station.

The only problem with the room was that there was a window looking into the bathroom and shower.

They have a good swimming pool (indoor), tanning bed, and jacuzzi.

You have to specify if you want a room with a tub when making a reservation.

The room had a nice balcony with a good view of the mountains and a large bathroom.

Depending on where you sat in the room you could see different parts of the bathroom.

Breakfast and other meals were good and included a variety of cuisines beyond Bavarian.

Restaurant and Bar recommendations and directions.

Didn't dine in the Hotel Restaurant in the evenings as it was a a bit formal for us and not very busy, prefering the varied eat-out options in Garmisch-P.

The location was very good, the staff was excellent and the service in the dining room were exceptional.

The sauna/Steam room and pool deserve special mention as it is obvious that much effort went into their planning and construction.

Free parking for guests was also a plus, compared to other hotels.

Also, keep a lookout for the pool and spas.

Bedrooms were a little bit old fashioned, but spacious, and clean, and perfectly functional for our small group of 30-something guys without the wives.

Room was bright, well kitted out and clean and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout.

The rooms are not as spacious as Americans are used to, but they are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need.

The rooms were very nice, full breakfast was unexpected and pool were very clean.
