  Great shisha bar down the road too and the metro is very clean and safe. A nice and comfortable hotel for your visit to Cairo, staff overall are friendly and efficient. The food is fine.

  Nileview rooms not worth paying for + traffic noise, the kitchen is too slow.

  The rooftop swimming pool gives great views over Cairo and nice place. For the price you pay, its reasonable enough and there's a souvenir shop near the lobby. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good natured, rooms were relatively clean.

  Great value for money and the lobby is also comfortable. Staff are very nice, bathrooms are spacious enough and clean, the breakfast is quite good as well.

  Hmm location is pretty much in the middle of no and a half block away the sidewalk is occupied by a herd of goats.

  The front desk staff at the hotel were excellent, the service was great and bathroom had a nice large shower cubile. Decent buffet breakfast was served in the restaurant.

  A buffet of hot food, pastries/breads, fruits, yoghurt and juices, the pool on the roof looked quite nice.

  When the internet did not work- the front desk gave me back my money for the internet card- that was fair. Also front desk assist me to check my urgent emails on their computer when the internet was down for all guests.

  The restaurant service for drinks was very slow. I remember ordering lemon juice at the roof top restaurant and it took 30 mins. The next time I ordered via the front desk so that the juice would be there when I got to the roof top restaurant however it took just as long and on top of that I was charged for ordering through roomservice? I don't care about the extra charge but it's the principle of the matter. Also the advertisment online mentioned that Swiss inn was near the pyramids of giza-- what a total ie! near would mean you can see the Pyramids but alas you cannot from any where on the roof top- yes I have tried. so please change your misleading online advertisment of the hotel. Also your nile view should come with a note about traffic noise- Please note that you will hear a lot of traffice if you book the Nile View-- also if you book non smoking please note that there is no non-smoking floor only a non smoking room on every floor- room 09 so you are destined for the noisy traffic nile view if you book non- smoking. Just something that is not told to you before you book this hotel. Also if you are not local, please note this hotel does a lot of weddings daily and so if you are caught in the lobby one evening when there is a wedding- please be aware you will be jammed in the lobby for a few hours if you did not plan your escape well.
