Deluxe Family Room: Our family had a blast in the spacious Deluxe Family Room! With the wide area and comfortable beds, it felt like we were staying in our own mini castle. The flat-screen TV provided endless entertainment, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the city. The kids loved having their own single bed, and the queen bed was so cozy, it felt like sleeping on a cloud!

The hotel was set in a central area close enough to Petronas Towers and the mosque of Jamek. I had the standard twin room which was exceptionally good and outstanding for double queen bed.

That was exceptionally comfortable and hospitable hotel set in shopping area, close enough to Near to restaurants and Very near to the main attraction. I had amazingly comfortable, cozy room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. I liked views over street👌

By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur, had much fun and met welcoming and polite staff at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was just next door to shopping street as well as the train station.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location in the center of KL. The staff were attentive and showed attention to detail, making sure our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable double queen bed and the provided breakfast, were all up to standards. I also appreciated that the hotel had good bed quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Although I had a very good stay at this hotel, I believe that there is always room for improvement in every establishment.

I personally could not accept the style and condition of the room, noisy downstairs and feel very unsafe

Downstairs had a pub or some kind of lounge, noisy throughout the night. Rooms were less than average

The hotel parking lot is lousy, only 5 car can be park at 1 time. The hotel aircond need to open few hours to achieve comfortable temperature.
