The best feature of this hotel is the spectacular ocean views. Its architectural style is unique for its location on the Bondi strip. All of the sleeping rooms are quite nice and each one has its own balcony. You will have to see the exterior yourself to decide if you like it.

        Getting around

        There is a train every 10 minutes departing from Bondi Junction to the central station of Sydney. To get to the train station one needs to catch a bus from Campbell Parade near Hall station, which is a stone’s throw from the beach.

          The staff were all extremely polite and courteous to us during our stay, the shower was great fro after a long jacuzzi.

          The rooms were very comfrotable and the lobby was really well set out, service was poor.

          The location near the beach and the best bus to catch is 333 a two minute walk down the road. This place is fantastic and the lobby is quite nice service was prompt professional. The staff behind the desk is very friendly, rooms are clean and sauna are mediocre by modern standards.

          Car park price is prohibitif most of the lights on the terrace, coffee even worse and the facilities are in bad conditions.

          The location is superb and this hotel is very tired & outdoor areas in particular are very tardy. The staff are helpful and polite, receptionists are very professional. Suites are quite large and the breakfast included in the rate is great. The spa a joke as well as 's prices.

          The location is great and the hotel gave me a limited credit to use on the spa. The good suites are good indeed.

          Service good location excellent, friendly staff and overlooking Bondi beach, lots of fast food outlets nearby and shops too. Very bad hotel never bak and worth the extra money. Lovely lobby coffee bar, comfortable room and the jacuzzi was great after long days of walking. Breakfast was amazing and at the Swiss grand we had a wonderful period.

          The lady at reception was really very very very rude and the spa on the roof was not heated.

          The room had no view, was disappointing as staying for several days and the hotel was in a great location. Staff were amazingly polite &, late checkout was good and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, pool was amazing.

          Location was sensational, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the coffee bar in the lobby was very good. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The gym was great and the resturant was loverly.

          Great location, relaxed atmosphere and excellent conference venue. The staff were very friendly, the room was very small, the noise from the rooms all around my room was intolerable and for food, the breakfast served was pretty good. The pool in melbourne was better.

          The views are nowhere near you'd expect from a "deluxe ocean view" room, the hotel is overall drab, old and not at all inviting, shampoo, conditioners and soaps here are the worst. The outdoor spa is pleasantly warm.

          Great location and wonderful Hotel. Friendly staff, good room and handy options for pizza delivery we didn'.

          Not worth the money, the main lamp broken and leaky toilet. Outdoor pool definitely not heated.
