The hotel had a fantastic location, with breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home during our stay. We especially enjoyed the food, which was varied and delicious. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the Christmas Eve dinner was a highlight of our trip.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is luxurious and welcoming. I tried room service but gave up and went to the restaurant directly to make my order. This was the only downside of my stay.

I enjoyed it - especially enjoy the assistance from the travel office Fionne, she was very helpful and I think i fell in love with her!

The location are perfect. You can avoid traffic jam because there are many ways to reach the hotel. The breakfast especially tinutuan + rica roa are great!

Water drainage in bathroom was not worked so Ǥooϑ. The water from shower or bathtub flooded the floor, didn't flow to the drainage.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were excellent, with high-quality Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was central and close to great seafood restaurants!

Ants in the room, refrigerator not working (but staff exchanged for another) and the 4hr city tour was expensive. not value for money. We could get same package outside for less than half the price! We dare not book any other packages after this.

The hotel was located in a central area of town which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The room had a nice view of the city skyline and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel had a gym on site.

The hotel had a slight musty smell and the air conditioning in the room was not very effective which made for a slightly uncomfortable stay. Also, the elevators were quite slow and we found ourselves waiting for them for longer than we would have liked. the hotel was decent, but not worth the price we paid for it.

Location and the room was clean and tidy. Gym facilities were perfect.

On the Room Guide it said they have shoes service, turns out just self service by using paper shoe cleaner, no brush. The wash basin mechanism (open & close) was broken. Asked for Telephone Directory to 3 differents person/reception, no return answer. At last, the hotel have no phone directory at all. Booking TAXI SERVICE, not from CONCIERGE but Reception.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the nearby restaurants and convenient stores. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, with a homely feel. Staff, especially those in the gym and breakfast buffet restaurant, are very friendly. The gym is great and the pool is enjoyable. One can easily walk to the promenade and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
