Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Nagoya Hill. The rooms with lovely bathroom and extra bed, as example.

Reasonably priced place, had a good stay for 4 nights. The room was well decorated and brand-new and had a scenic view since close to harbor. The room design was modern and the beds were comfy. I greatly enjoyed the stay here.

It is clean, fabulous hotel and the staff is consistently courteous and pleasant. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with extra bed, lovely bathroom, sofa was not a problem. The property provides an amazing service. There is parking next to the hotel.

Fantastic location in Batu Ampar district close to a supermarket and a couple of eateries as well as a cinema, the bridge and the door portion, and supermarket and harbourbay ferry terminal. Nice building and rooms with kingsize bed.

The staff were really helpful and offered guidance. I had fully-equipped room with large bathroom. The pool was clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the salad bar.

Their rooms are always neat and airy with a huge king bed and fluffy carpet, as for instance. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Dc Mall. The services are AMAZING, including a well-maintained pool.

Superb cleanliness - great location in central Batam - close to downtown area and eateries. Staff were polite and helpful - especially Riri who provided excellent service during breakfast. The hotel is well-secured with high standards of service and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend Swiss-Belhotel and will definitely come back next month!

It was an extremely convenient hotel, I will come back. The property was stylish with especially helpful and hard-working staff on my online reservation, I greatly enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a computer store. There were shopping malls and a big shopping mall around the venue.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, from welcoming me with a drink to arranging a breakfast box for my early departure. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and luxurious. The bed and pillows were super comfy and made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast provided a wide variety of food and was enjoyable.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
