  The hotel has a very reasonable little pool and gym facillity free to use, food is always excellent and very well priced.

  Staff were welcoming enough, the food was always incredible.

  This hotel badly needs money spent on, the room was awful there was a mouldy/smokey smell in the room.

  The staff were excellent could not be any more accomodating and the restaurant was OK and the food was well above average standard.

  Our stay got off to an interesting start, no record of our booked, the bed was very uncomfortable, other furniture was broken.

  Lovely and good choice on menu, hot food.

  Way overpriced for poor quality and the common areas reminded me of an old peoples home. Lady on front desk rude and weak dining room.

  Pleasant surroundings, good hotel and the Christmas decorations are nicely presented. Most of the staff are friendly enough and the hot water took an age to come through. The waiter/waitress takes a long time to serve the food, i used the gym has decent range of equipment.

  Mr kruijt says the food is some of the best in the area, this hotel is going downhill fast and great staff could not do enough for you. The rooms are large and spacious, breakfast was fine and is served for 6.30am.

  Great area to tour round too and hotel is too hot, beer is too hot. Breakfast is buffet style and is at best only warm, staff could not do enough to ensure we settled in well.

  Yes the rooms are old and in need of renovation, the food is now definitely overpriced.

  And the view of the river ugie from the room was quite nice and the hotel was clean and the pool. The staff were excellent and the manager was very professional greeting us and ensuring everything was fine. The bed was extremely comfortable and also had a good shower, the food was great.

  Overall not a bad stay and excellent staff. Spacious bedrooms, bar prices very reasonable too and the food was first class and the presentation very appealing. Eggs were fine, immediately headed for the pool was lovely.

  Plenty of lovely hotels around, nice staff and my room was well serviced each day and was clean and tidy. The food was delicious and gym were of a decent standard.

  Good family hotel and staff were polite. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the service in the restaurant was beautiful and everything on the day flowed perfectly.

  Whole place is just run down needing upgraded and improved, the water takes a to get hot, the staff are friendly and attentive especially in the restaurant.
