  Lesiure area was clean, warm and again the staff were really friendly, the hotel decor was modern enough, genuinely helpful and nothing was a problem. Our room was 124 and was of a reasonable standard, the sheets were clean and fresh, the furnishings and linens, including the curtains had all seen better days. Breakfast was very good and pool was very enjoyable.

  Excellent value for money and very reasonable for the price we paid. The staff were extremely helpful, the room itself was spotless and the breakfast was satisfactory from the raw eggs, we avoided.

  Overall good value for money, friendly staff and the rooms were of standard sizing and clean. The food was piping hot and was replaced regularly.

  Good value for money and staff were friendly. The bathroom was also adequate.

  The room was poky, stuffy, no view, and uncomfortable, the food was DISGUSTING.

  Hotel room was of a good size and pretty clean, staff were great. Maids were friendly and the bed was sooo comfy.

  For convenience and value the swallow is good, firstly staff are friendly and very helpful, water in the toillet is very very hot.

  The area around is rundown i had to go out to the shop at night and didnt feel unsafe at all, drinks at the bar very expensive ~ £8.88 for a bottle of cider and a vodka.

  This hotel is easiest the worst hotel i've stayed in and staff very friendly, couldnt be nicer and more helpful. Duty manager told me 15 rooms are renovated annually.
