This hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the nearby mountains and the lake. Guests can enjoy walks around the serene lake or take a rest and soak in the mineral baths. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The dinner served in room is definitely worth trying.
Some guests may struggle with carrying their luggage up the stairs, as this hotel doesn't have a lift or escalator.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to the lake and provided a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. We were impressed with the breakfast spread and the quality of food.

The view of the lake and mountains was really nice, and the location was perfect for a peaceful Christmas getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The private onsen was a plus, but we did have to pay extra for it.
The tatami mats were uncomfortable to sleep on and there was no lift or escalator to our floor, which made carrying our luggage very difficult. The private onsen was falling apart and did not feel safe to use.

The staff were kind and helpful. Hotel is located right on the lake which was lovely.
Nothing to mention.

I spent Christmas at a hotel near a beautiful lake and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made you feel at home. The room was super clean and cozy with a private bath that made you feel relaxed. One thing I really loved about the hotel is its location with fantastic mountain views that creates an unforgettable tranquil experience during the holidays.
The lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to carry our bags to the room, and the condition of the private onsen, which needed attention and maintenance. However, this did not detract from the great service we received from the hotel staff and the overall enjoyable experience.
