the room was very nice and the kids enjoyed private pool.we liked the hotel but it was bit far and taxis was expensive but we rented a jeep and we drove around

We only stay 2 night 3 days, every days we arrived condo late night and went early morning, during we stayed only meet one security guard, and manager. Because unpredicted flight company change schedule , so We changed the stay schedule from 4 night 5 days to 2 night 3 days by online , very easy without any charge. All our requirement from this condo since booking online, change date until check out are meet our needs. One day I will come again with the big group

The size and design and layout of the apartment. After one day one comment was, Lets buy it.

No complaints, exept the daily walk to the beach, which was a little longer than expected, but doable for all anyway.

Just love the atmosphere there. Will definately come back again.

There are no mirror in all the bedrooms.

Try to book roof top appartments on 5 and 6 floor. Balcony, pool and good view. It is just what you want to relax!

Nice big rooms

On a road which is terrible for traffic. We had little children and needed to push a pram along a busy street with fast traffic which also meant us pushing prams up hills to get there. The power also went off more than opnce a day, it was very annoying. Stff were not always available when we wanted them. We sometimes wanted small things delivered to our room but couldn't ring as there is no telephone, or no- one was on the front desk to assist - very annoying.

near the beach, price is fair

nobody after certain hour to solve any problem. They charge you 5 % if you pay by credit card I think you dont have to pay it. They have scooters to rent also for 50 TBH per hour

We changed from single room to 1 bedroom apartment and were very satified with the facilityIt is a condominium and not a hotel,so the facilites are self service,but very good. About a 10 min walk to the beach,but not a big problem,as the shops and restaurants are on the way Great beach and food.

Close to Surin Beach. Good Gym facilities.

Slow internet. wifi only in range at the lobby. No microwave. Some dive operators do not pick up from this area. CC Charge 2.5%

The condo was really close to Surin Beach which we found it to be much more beautiful than Patong beach... Our room was big and comfortable for four people...We also spent some time enjoying our private pool just drinking wine and chatting! :)

I personally found that there's not a lot of shops in the area where we lived...it was very difficult to find food late at night as it was not the main beach...so food delivery (e.g. KFC, pizza, etc.) was not in the area. And also if you want to find tour agencies, there were not many choices neither. So we fixed this problem by renting a car...but again, it was a little bit expensive in Phuket compared to Bangkok.

Very quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast internet and WLAN. 15 min drive to Patong (nightlife) and about 5 min drive to the next Tesco. Variety of restaurants on the Surin Beach.

It is about 5-7 min walking distance to the beach.
