We ended up going to the beach terrace and was great, the price was very reasonable. Staff were pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable, refrigerator were very handy. Continental breakfast had coffee.

Great price for right across from the beach and the location is fantastic. A perfect place to stay this time and next, staff is professional friendly, the rooms are small and clean. Tasty fresh fruit part of free breakfast, the pool is super small, I didn't even bother going in.

The location is amazing and really 's a great place and has a little character to. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are large. Wonderfully healthy breakfast to keep almost anyone content.

The front room has a great view of the ocean and fantastic Stay Surf Motel Carlsbad. The staff is friendly and very helpful, bathrooms are always very clean, there's a wonderful Armenian/Greek restaurant on the other side of the parking lot.

The best location, great Hotel and at the very reasonable price we paid. Gourmet coffee in lobby per advertised, excellent staff and good info from desk manager. The beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was enough to start our day.

Good hotel for the price and the computer in the tiny lobby wasn't working either. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic fresh fruit.
