We were in a favourable and magnificent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cinema. Staff was super pleasant.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to the beach, harbor, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a water dispenser and kettle in the room, allowing us to easily fill up our bottles and make hot drinks. Another highlight was the proximity to shops and the Corniche, making it easy to explore everything this city has to offer.

Value for money was great, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket nearby and parking right in front. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging a shared ride for me to see the turtles.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near the harbor in Sur. The manager was incredibly helpful, giving tailored tips for local festivals, beaches, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were excellent, offering coffee and dates at the reception. There was a fridge and kettle in the rooms, and they even provided water and powdered coffee. The surrounding area had plenty of shops and restaurants, and there was a delicious Indian restaurant nearby. We enjoyed a unique Bengali lunch in the Bengali quarter. It was also a pleasant walk to the old port and Ship Museum.

Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious enough, and we particularly appreciated the room service for a 1-star hotel. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to shops, the Corniche, and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the amazing one-day trip organized by the hotel. Our driver, who also happened to be the hotel manager, was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. The price for the trip was also reasonable.

From the moment we arrived, someone was waiting to greet us and assist with our luggage. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, towels, and toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome drink and water in the fridge. The hotel even provided jandals for bathroom use. We also appreciated the menu card from a nearby restaurant that offered delivery to our room. the quality and attention to detail were exceptional for a 1-star hotel.

Finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging due to the one-way traffic, so I would recommend checking Google Maps for the best route. The internet connection wasn't very reliable in the rooms, but we found a great workaround by using it in the lobby instead.

The one day trip offered by the hotel was jaw-dropping. Our friendly, knowledgeable, and competent driver made the experience unforgettable. And the price? It was beyond reasonable!
