The food at Pizzeria Guerrin, which is really close to here, is definitely enjoyable.

There was a coach station not far from the apartment. Actually good value. Chilled-out base for exploring plaza de mayo nearby. We greatly enjoyed food and rooms and this flat in general

Staff were very accomdating and willing to please, spoke English and very helpful. Cleaning staff were very efficient, apartment was cleaned daily. Spacious apartment in the city bedroom, kitchen, plus additional room with work station/dining area and couch/bed.
Wifi was very unreliable.

The location was excellent for most tourist sights.
We could hear our neighbours talking and using the bathroom. The apartment was functional but old and tired. It did not look like the photo on Booked.net!

The hotel is located at the heart of the city and very near to all the 3 metro station lines. you can go to Retiro within 12 minutes by metro and you can walk to obelisk, may square, govt.house, florida[shopping] street within 5-10 minutes. The reception staff speak good english and are very polite..I would definitely recommend this hotel to all as it is very well located and has good polite staff and the bathroom very clean.
The breakfast provided is very basic and has no warmth in its package. But, since you are provided a kitchenette probably you can stock up food in the fridge and cook up your own food. I saw a cockroach in the bed on the 1st room [no:143]provided to me,but when complained they promptly gave me a better room[no:141]which was better&bigger. They can do some active pest control program to eliminate this negative and make it an splendid value for money hotel.

The apartment at Super Resort Buenos Aires was perfect for our needs. It was not a Super Resort but a 15 story apartment building that is located in the Central District of the city and close to all amenities. It is within walking distance of most other areas of the city. Very quiet at night and city busy during the day. The staff were always helpful and the daily cleaning services was appreciated. It is "good bang for your buck" so to say.

It's like a small apartment with kitchen, living room and bed room. the location was great, walking distance to all the main areas and the subway (subte, 3 lines)
very old rooms, the air-conditioner was old and noisy, the furnitures were very old.

We like that it was a full one bedroom apt. so one could sleep while the other read. It was very much a downtown location 1/2 block off 9 of July and 2 blocks from the Obelesk.
It was very basic and only some staff spoke some English. Breakfast was not worth anything.

It is quite simple but it is a safe place to stay for few days. The staff is very friendly and gentle. They gave all the support that we´ve requested. It has a fair price and we payed exactly what has been defined by the time we booked the room in this hotel. There is a place that you can put all your luggage that no one has access in exception of the hotel staff, after check-out. We had no problems at all. Besides, it is well located, since it is close to the main streets and, even if the hotel´s street is not very good to walk during the nigh (Saturday, for instance) due to it is a commercial area, it is very close to the main avenue (9 de Julio) that it is okay for walking with no problem. I would recommend it to my friends.

The best part about this hotel is location, just minutes the Subte, 5 minutes from Avenida Florida with its shops and 10-15 minutes from Puerto Madero and the restaurants. The street itself does not look nice, but we didn't feel unsafe even after dark. If you want a nicer environment, just don't stay in the Microcentro - choose areas like Palermo instead. But there you will be less well connected. The apartment where we stayed was not terribly new but clean and comfortable, with a sitting room and a kitchen with a fridge, a sink and a gas oven. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything from breakfast (brought to the room) to tips about the city. It was cold but we were provided with an electric radiator which was enough.
Do not expect fancy design and new furniture. Everything in the hotel is a bit run down, but clean and well maintained. The biggest trouble was hot water running out on a weekday morning, but we were lucky to have taken shower before that, and when we came back after a few hours, everything was in order again. It was our first time in Argentina, so breakfast was a disappointment at first (medialunas, dolche de leche etc.). But we later understood that this is what the locals normally eat, so if you want something like English breakfast or cereals and fruits etc., you will need to put some effort in finding a place that serves such things.

The location is good, but the surroundings are not pleasant (lots of homeless people). The facilities are in need of renovation, one of the rooms had a leak in the bathroom sink that was partly fixed. The staff was polite and helpful.
The surroundings are a bit scary.
