I liked airport inn Vancouver overall and good value. Reasonable rates and staff friendly. Decent tv reception, free breakfast.

The building smells really bad and the room was very noisy from the street as well as the neighbors. The decorations were outdated.

The area of town doesn't look that well, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the airport and the Captain's room is advertised as having a private bathroom.

Good value for a 10 hour stay and excellent Service. The comfy bed friendly staff, i especially liked the boiled eggs.

The hotle needs upgrding & reception area needs a new & fresh makeup, the morning breakfast was not very appetizing either.

Convenient and friendly airport pickup, free underground parking, the Student Union restuarants nearby are open all year round. Price is reasonable and shower during my long flight layover. The continental breakfast leaves much to be desired, go to tim hortons instead.

This hotel is horrible and filthy, customer Service/ Customer satisfaction is not sought.
