I recently stayed at a budget motel in the San Diego area and was pleasantly surprised by the location. It was in a very nice area away from the usual sights, but still close enough to many tourist places. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The free internet access was a bonus. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel staff was so worried about customers smoking in there room.I agreed to not smoke or face a 200 dollar fine.I kept my end of the deal.In return i asked for a wake up call at 6 am which never came, making me late to work.This is unacceptable and i will never stay at super Late hotels again.You should be ashamed of this La Mesa.
