Exceptionally nice setting, I didn't want to leave.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were knowledgeable and excellent. The room was nice looking and well-kept when upgraded with good amenities and the bathroom and toiletries. The service was great, just like I expected.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very nice area, short walk to many shops, restaurants, stores, gas stations, other hotels and many restaurants and shopping areas and hikes and surroundings sites so excellent for price and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The queen room was newly remodelled, the bed was comfy. The food was great, especially pastries and hot waffles for breakfast.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson, in the super nice area. Also, it was 15 min drive from Newport Cinema.

The location of the property was comfortable and unbeatable as we were so close to restaurants and many shops, restaurants, stores, gas stations, other hotels, and the mountains.

It was lovely base for traveling to Newport, I was glad to stay there. The staff was very courteous, my every need was addressed. The breakfast offered a huge variety of great meals. The position of the hotel was particularly good and perfect, in the middle of jackson.

Great place to stay for a trip to Newport. Everything there were wonderful, including cleanfacilities. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The views over swimming pool.

The room was lovely looking with good amenities, and we liked having access to wake-up service. Climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave were available here.

The front desk staff was AMAZING and sooo friendly! The rooms were updated and clean. The pool and hot tub, which had an outdoor setting, were outstanding and well-maintained. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it keeps getting better!

Felt so comfortable and at home here, nothing was too much trouble.

I liked our room by the pool so we didn't have to walk far.

The price Booking had was 10.00 cheaper then the price Red Roof Inn charged us. Instead of 49.99 plus tax, it was 59.99 plus tax. We got there and she wasn't sure what was going on but she did put me in a room with a king size bed/ non smoking. But... the room didn't have hot water. After we unpacked our stuff and husband was going to take a shower, no hot water. We didn't ask for a two double bed room. We asked for a king bed. So because we had our stuff unpacked, we stayed where we were at. The carpet had oatmeal that had spilled out from a packet on the floor so we know the floor was not cleaned. The coffee pot had a used filter in it. Also even though they had waffles, they had little bitty danish type things, cereal and toast for breakfast. When they say free breakfast I expect a bigger choice then that. They didn't give out or have directions for the ice and vending machines. I had to wonder around looking for them.

Loved the people there. Our pre booking from Booked.net was not there when we arrived but David (Manager I believe) made sure we got a nice room, and treated us extremely well. The housekeeping staff was very nice... room was clean and comfortable. Wireless internet left a little to be desired (somewhat weak) BUT we were VERY happy with our two night stay. If we are ever in the area again, there is no doubt we will stay at Newports Red Roof Inn...

Like I said, wireless internet was weak, but no big deal at all. I could check my email and that was what was important.

Convenient location near the highway with plenty of nearby restaurants and a gas station for snacks and fuel. Clean and comfortable rooms with a refrigerator and microwave for added convenience. Nice pool and spa area with clean and clear water, providing complimentary bath towels. Good breakfast with hot and tasty coffee available.

We only spent one night, but I was impressed by the staff at the front desk. They were friendly, cheerful and helpful. They gave us a great room, for the money, and went out of their way to be nice. Although we normally stay at more luxury hotels, I would recommend this hotel for people passing by the area. Thanks.
