We had a decent 3-star experience here. The room we had included central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television.

Fairly clean, great budget hotel, I enjoyed big rooms and helpful staff. The location was good - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. Tried some nice meals at China House, located right next to the venue. I had an enjoyable stay and would come here again, thank you.

The location is convenient for those traveling on the road, with a polite and helpful staff. The shower is hot and the rooms are spacious with unique and comfortable furniture that add a nice touch. Although, the breakfast provided is basic and lacking in protein options.

Cleanliness is an issue with dirty walls and floors, as well as uncovered and open food containers found in the fridge.

Considering the affordable prices, I wasn't expecting much, but the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of the accommodations. The rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were all in good working order, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The location was also convenient, with everything I needed within easy reach. Finally, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, equipped with a microwave and fridge, which were two great amenities. The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of our best aspects was the excellent service provided by the front desk clerk. They were very accommodating when we changed our reservation and helped us with our needs.

The hotel was lacking in a few areas. First, it was a bit confusing to identify the staff members and guests as there were no uniforms.

Comfortable place for exploring New Richmond. A low-budget hotel with GOOD food. Location: marvellous, so close to New Richmond, WI as well as Minneapolis. Also, in the open in vending area. Quiet and good room plus on lower level. With a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Clean and comfortable room with microwave, fridge, and good size TV. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. Decent breakfast with waffles and yogurt. Convenient location near shopping and eateries. Perfect for a last-minute stay.

The hotel provides great value for money. The rooms are big and spacious, especially the king size rooms. I particularly loved the unique bat winged chair in the room, adding a nice touch of style. The staff was also very accommodating, allowing me to check in early despite my late start. Additionally, the location of the hotel on the first floor was convenient.
