The location is great, quick 5 minute drive to downtown Petoskey and we stay overnight and need a convenient place to stay. Coffee always seem to be fresh and the lobby, the staff is wonderful. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is good and has a variety of foods, hot and cold.

Good price, nice location, very friendly atmosphere and clean and a wonderful breakfast to eat before we make our way home again. The staff is great and fresh fruit even at the check in/out desk.
