    We made reservations here because of location, cost, and availability of a pool.

    What appeared satisfactory was not - bed sheets were soiled, pillows were flat, television reception was awful, toilet seat was broken, and pool was not usable.

    We were going to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere, but when told of a cancellation fee, decided to stay.

    There is a sign in the lobby saying "NO PETS ALLOWED", hotel does accept pets but would not take sign down, Travel website fixed issue.

    We were greeted pleasantly, but we were upset that the pool was not functioning and was dirty.

        We were greeted pleasantly, but we were upset that the pool was not functioning and was dirty. We were going to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere, but when told of a cancellation fee, decided to stay. What appeared satisfactory was not - bed sheets were soiled, pillows were flat, television reception was awful, toilet seat was broken, and pool was not usable.
