  We were told that our room was available and that if we wanted to stay for a full week instead of four days, we could stay for a reduced rate of $67. Calls to Super 8 Customer Service, as well as the motel have been to no avail.

  We made our initial reservations for our stay via the internet @ $75. When we questioned the charge and requested that they rebill our credit card, the desk clerk told us that she was not able to reverse the charge and rebill our credit card without approval from the desk manager. According to the desk clerk it was going to be at least an hour before the desk manager would show up for work. We were unable to wait until the manager came in. However, when we called 1 1/2 hours later, we were told that since we had made the original reservation via the internet, they were not going to refund us the $117. Per Customer Service, the hotel in Mulberry, FL, does owe us the refund. We were told by customer service that the hotel manager was instructed to contact, but this never happened. We were instructed by customer service to contact the hotel manager.
