  As this being Eureka area, strong odor of marijuana in hallway and decent value. The office staff were competent and helpful, the room was spacious and simple, the breakfast was ok grade for this kind of motel.

  The refrigerator was not on we called the front desk to come in and turn on, the pillows were only mediocre. The manager was rude.

  Good value for a cheap motel, the front desk clerk was pleasant and competant, the small TV was a long way from the bed. The breakfast was decent.

  Good place to stay in arcata and another Fine Room. The continental breakfast consisted of the usual packaged pastries.
